I notice your sunglasses are vintage. What condition will they be?

All our sunglasses offered predate 1999. Therefore the majority of our sunglasses will not be in perfect, as new, out of the store condition unless otherwise stated.

All details of our sunglasses are included in the main description and we try to be as transparent as possible.

Please ensure you check all photos available and read descriptions thoroughly.

Do you offer custom, individual discounts?

No we do not. We offer shop discounts at times for the availability of all potential customers. Please keep an eye out to take advantage of any discounts or offers we may promote.

How will I know if the sunglasses will fit?

All sizing details of our sunglasses are part of the descriptions. If you are unsure whether they will fit please check and compare against a pair of sunglasses you already own or that fit you well. This will give you a rough idea whether your new purchase will fit. If the sunglasses run small we will make a note of this in the product title. If you require further measurements please contact us.

How do I look after and take care of my sunglasses?

It is advisable to take great care with where and how you put down your vintage Ray-Ban sunglasses.

Most vintage Ray-Bans come with crystal glass lenses. Therefore, once the lens is scratched, it is impossible to remove the defect.
We suggest you always store your sunglasses in a case. Not leave them in direct sunlight and also dry any moisture off as soon as possible.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer worldwide FREE shipping for orders over £175 (excluding postage). Domestic UK - Up to £7.00 International EU - Up to £17.00 International ROW - Up to £20.00 All orders are sent Tracked and Signed. Due to the UK postal service not being able to offer a Tracked & Signed delivery to PO Box addresses we unfortunately cannot ship to these sort of mailboxes. There are no exceptions. Please use an alternative address. Please note we will use the delivery address you have confirmed on the BLRayBanUK site. We are not responsible for your order being sent to the wrong address if it differs from the one you have confirmed on BLRayBanUK. It is the buyers responsiblity to make sure the delivery address details are correct. If you have a concern please contact us as soon as possible. Processing of your order can take between 1 and 3 working days. We do endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible, however, this is not always possible. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

When do you add items to the store?

As often as possible. There are no set days and new stock comes in at any time. You'll never know what you'll find so please check back regularly. Sometimes we may preview new stock on our Facebook page and Instagram page, so please head over there to follow and keep updated.

I have just placed an order. Can I amend it or cancel it?

Unfortunately it isn't possible for you to amend items within your order once it has been placed and paid for. Due to our fully automated system once an order is placed it is already on its way to you. Under UK Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order contract with us, within 7 working days of receiving your order. You will need to advise us of this so we can issue you with a full refund. We will be able to do this once you return the cancelled items to us. If you want to cancel your contract with us, please contact our Customer Care team via email at quoting your order number and we will be happy to help you. In this case we will issue you with a full refund. Please note you will need to return the entire order at your cost once you receive them. In all cases, the goods must be in their original packaging and unopened. All goods are inspected on their return.

Please be aware that this is not always possible as we are an independent store and may be away. Can I purchase a Gift Voucher from you?

At the moment this is not possible. We are looking into this and it may be something we introduce in the future.

Is it safe to use my card on your website?
